Terms of service
Last updated: 24 July 2026
These terms apply when you create an account, use JobGoblin, or buy an application package or Pro subscription. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over these terms.
1. Operator and agreement
Operator: Peter Elias Nilsson, operating JobGoblin from Svartviksvägen 43, 619 31 Trosa, Sweden. support@jobgoblin.works
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You accept these terms when you create an account or complete a purchase after they are presented. For purchases, the plan, total price, currency, tax, billing interval and included usage are shown before payment.
2. Service and AI output
JobGoblin helps you find jobs and create and manage CVs, cover letters, analyses and interview practice. Pro users may enable Autopilot for verified job matching and application preparation. External sending occurs only after your separate, payload-bound approval. JobGoblin does not make employment decisions for you.
- AI may produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated or invented information. You must check and edit output before use.
- You decide what to use and are responsible for ensuring that an application reflects your actual qualifications.
- Check the employer, submission channel, documents and answers before selecting “Approve and send now”. Provider acceptance confirms receipt of a send request, not final delivery or processing.
- We do not guarantee a match score, interview, offer or employment. Output is not legal, financial or immigration advice.
This does not limit statutory rights where paid digital content or a digital service is faulty.
3. Account and acceptable use
Provide accurate information and protect your email account and sign-in links. Do not share your account and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory or abusive content; infringe others' rights; invent qualifications; bypass security or usage limits; distribute malware; scrape at scale, overload or resell the service.
4. Your content and our rights
You retain your rights in submitted content and may use output created for you to the extent permitted by law and provider terms. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process and transmit content only to provide, secure and support the service.
You must have the right to provide the content, including personal data about others. The platform, code, design and brand belong to the operator or its licensors. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
5. Payments and subscriptions
- Application package: charged once and limited to the application and usage shown at purchase.
- Pro: renews automatically at the interval and price shown before payment until cancelled. Cancel in Settings or Stripe's billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless expressly stated. Access may be limited after reasonable notice if payment fails.
Stripe processes payments. Server entitlement records determine which purchased access is active.
6. Withdrawal, refunds and faults
EEA consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. The right is affected only where the statutory conditions are met.
- Digital content/one-time supply: the right may end when supply begins only if you expressly requested immediate supply, acknowledged the consequence and received the legally required confirmation.
- Pro and ongoing digital service: starting to use the service does not automatically remove the withdrawal right. If you expressly requested immediate performance and later withdraw, a proportionate charge for service supplied may apply.
- Fault or non-delivery: contact us. Mandatory remedies such as repair, repeat supply, price reduction, termination or refund remain available under applicable consumer law.
To withdraw or request a refund, contact support@jobgoblin.works and identify the account, order and request. Missing statutory consent or confirmation does not reduce your legal rights.
7. Suspension, availability and changes
We may restrict or end access for a security risk, non-payment, serious or repeated breach, or legal requirement. Where practical, you will receive notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability. Features may change for security, legal or product reasons. A paid service will not be materially reduced during a paid period without a valid reason, reasonable advance notice and the options required by law. Material term changes are communicated before taking effect where required.
8. Liability
Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach, but not loss caused by inaccurate information you supplied, use of unchecked AI output, unauthorised use outside our reasonable control or events we could not reasonably prevent.
9. Law, disputes and contact
Swedish law applies without restricting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact support@jobgoblin.works first. If a consumer dispute is not resolved, it may, where eligible, be submitted to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a competent court.
